For me, the word "touch" is a synonym for "comfort". I sifted through old clothes for inspiration and realized that several of the items represented moments of comfort. Tan-colored slacks and a light brown blouse. A beige knitted beanie. The etymology of the word "touch" and found "tex(ere)", a Latin word meaning "to weave" or "to interlace". I find it rather fitting that my old clothes represent some of the most significant "interlacings" that life has to offer.
